About Me

I currently work as a Bioinformatics Developer at LabCorp. I have experience implementing state-of-the-art computational methods, and developing innovative approaches to challenges that touch all aspects of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis.

I am also a chronic problem-solver and a lifelong learner. My favorite hobby is to script open source bots.

Take some snippet. Move it around, play with it, absorb & synthesize. Add structure, reinforcing the good parts and ripping out the bad bits. Patch up the holes that are left. Make it for a community, shaped such that they can understand it, the way you understand it.
